Maria welcomed us. She enhanced our stay. she arranged a private cinema experience for our family, a visit to the spa, and some welcome drinks. the room was perfect, with every possible amenity provided. everything was wonderfully sorted. I highly recommend experiencing this hotel.
The dinner menu mirrored the lunch offerings. That felt limiting.

efficient process hotel cafe pedestrian zone
The location is perfect. It is just opposite the town hall. access by cab is easy since the hotel is at the edge of a pedestrian zone. check-in and check-out were efficient processes. the hotel café invites guests to enjoy an aperitif with very good drinks.
the breakfast eggs and bacon were served almost cold.

the hotel is in a very central location. everything was close by and easy to access. the beautiful room was beautifully decorated and very clean. the linens on the bed felt luxurious.
the service was quite slow. the quality of food was average. the pool area seemed untidy . the staff weren't friendly, and a smile seemed rare.

separate sinks soft linens central location
My Beautiful Junior Suite included two separate sinks, so practical. The linens on the bed seemed like silk, really soft! The location is really great, close to the town hall. Getting a cab was super easy.
The music in the evening was a bit loud. It was somewhat hard to talk during dinner.
